- Booking Confidently: After a booking request we always then check again to avoid any double-booking. Upon payment of the deposit your holiday will then be confirmed. Cancellation is free within 7 days.
BOOKING PROCEDURE - AVAILABILITY REQUEST
Click on the booking tab by each property listed. Fill in the information in the Booking Enquiry Form, select your dates and hit “Send”. An email will then automatically be sent to you summarizing your booking request.
In order to avoid overbooking we will double check the availability. Upon the confirmation of availability a deposit will need to be paid.
HOW TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION - PAYMENT REQUEST
Once we have confirmed the availability for the dates requested, a deposit will need to be paid to approve the reservation. This deposit is 40 %, and needs to be paid within 2 days: all necessary details will be emailed to you.
Once we have received the deposit, the reservation is approved and we will email you any necessary information (including a confirmation voucher and details for obtaining the keys of the property). After payment of the deposit cancellation is free within 7 days.
The balance is due 60 days before the start of the rental period. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, full payment is due at the time of booking.
We accept direct bank transfer payments within Europe without any extra charge (SEPA euro wire transfers, check with your bank for local fees).
We also accept various payment methods (credit card, debit card, bank transfer,…) through PayPal which is charged extra with 4% of the payment made.
BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION
Cancellation is free of charge within 7 working days after our receipt of the deposit payment.
If you are forced to cancel your holiday you must inform us immediately, in order to provide us the opportunity to re-let the accommodation. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
• 10% of the total amount from the day of reservation to 120th day before arrival
• 40% of the total amount from 119th to 60th day before arrival
• 100% of the total amount from the 59th day to the day of the arrival

The Northitaly reservation office does not offer travel protection or cancellation insurance. You are strongly advised to have insurance to cover potential cancellation or delay.
HOUSE CLEANING, LINEN AND OTHER FEES
The final cleaning and other fees are either included in the rental price or charged as a supplemental cost, as indicated on the booking contract and the property’s web page.
